Group Development 

Primarily aimed at the leadership teams around the squads. Using the team development program “Team Pro,” an assessment of the current situation is conducted, followed by training, development, and the introduction of working methods for developing leadership teams. Individual Leadership Development 
“Lead Forward” is a structured method for leadership development based on a feedback assessment that provides the leader with a current view of how their employees perceive their leadership. We also offer shorter training initiatives with the help of specialists in respective areas.

  • Elite Coach Continuing Education – where we invite participants to sessions and offer further education in various areas such as game strategy, leadership, etc. This is also an opportunity for coaches to network and exchange experiences.
